Quit or cut back on ketamine. Free and private.
Ket Free counts the days since you stopped, or helps you cut back with weekly targets. It has a one-minute daily check-in, tools for getting through a craving, guides with sources, and help lines for where you live.
There is no account and no sign-in. What you record stays on your phone unless you choose otherwise.
Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. For adults aged 18 and over.
What it does
- A counter that keeps your history. If you use, you can restart the count without losing the days you had.
- A daily check-in of mood, sleep, and bladder and stomach symptoms, with trends over time.
- A clear prompt to see a doctor when something you log is on the list doctors ask people to come in for, with the reason and the help lines. It never diagnoses.
- Craving tools: breathing, urge surfing, grounding and your own reasons.
- Guides with sources, each marked as reviewed by a named clinician or as an unreviewed draft.
